- Photographic and video evidence collected during field investigations or surveillance

When you contact us via our website contact form or chatbot, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the content of your enquiry.

Investigation case files and related personal data are retained for a minimum of 7 years from case closure, in line with IRDAI record-keeping requirements and applicable limitation periods. Website enquiry data is retained for up to 2 years.
