2. Use of This Website

This website is provided for informational purposes. You may use it to:

3. Investigation Services – B2B Only

Investigation mandates are accepted exclusively from duly licensed insurance companies and authorised intermediaries. Bima Anveshak does not accept investigation assignments directly from individual policyholders or claimants. All service agreements, scope of work, deliverables, and fees are governed by separate written contracts with each Client Insurer.

5. Intellectual Property

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bima Anveshak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or reliance on information contained herein. Our aggregate liability in connection with website use shall not exceed ₹1,000.

Liability in respect of investigation services is governed by the terms of the applicable service agreement with each Client Insurer.
